As a counselor, I strive to create a nonjudgmental space to empower you to openly explore your experiences, life challenges, and aspirations. Through empathy, authenticity, and respect, I aim to foster a therapeutic environment where healing and growth can flourish. We can work together to navigate life’s complexities.
In my approach, I aim to establish a collaborative relationship built on trust. I believe that each individual’s journey is unique and I will utilize an integrative approach that draws from various therapeutic modalities to help meet your needs and goals. As an Asian American woman, I deeply value a multicultural perspective and acknowledge the importance of considering the impact of diverse beliefs and backgrounds. With this insight, I am committed to providing culturally competent care and creating a safe environment for marginalized communities. I am curious about how your environment shapes your current relationships and identities, and I am dedicated to exploring this with you.

Are you looking for a space where you can show up just as you are with your complex emotions, life’s obstacles, and everything in between? I offer warm, accepting, and trauma-informed virtual therapy for individuals and couples across New York. My approach is grounded in curiosity, compassion, and cultural sensitivity. I draw from various attachment-based approaches and integrate training from the Gottman Method. I believe that therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about reconnecting with yourself, gaining insight, and fostering growth in your most meaningful relationships.
As a South Asian woman and child of immigrant parents, my lived experiences deeply inform my work. I understand how culture, family, and intergenerational dynamics shape our mental and emotional well-being. I especially enjoy working with BIPOC clients, first- and second-generation immigrants, and those exploring how their past informs their present.
Whether you’re navigating family dynamics, cultural identity, depression and anxiety, or challenges in your romantic relationship, I’m here to support you in making sense of those experiences in a way that feels empowering. If you’re feeling ready to take the next step, I welcome you to schedule a free consultation! Let’s explore your story together.

I offer a warm, grounded space where you can make sense of what feels overwhelming and move toward what matters most. My work is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and that even the most stressful seasons can hold meaningful opportunities for growth, clarity, and connection. Together, we can navigate the emotional complexity that often comes with relationships, life transitions, and especially the unique intensity of the wedding planning process.
I founded AisleTalk to support individuals and couples through pivotal chapters of their lives, creating the first therapy and coaching practice devoted to helping engaged people navigate stress as they plan their wedding and look toward marriage. AisleTalk began with the belief that wedding planning is not always as glamorous as it seems. At its core, getting married is a major life transition, marked with stress and change, identity development, forced collaboration, expectations versus reality, and a lot of attention. Some people meet this challenge with eagerness and excitement. Others find it overwhelming and paralyzing.
My experience and interests as a therapist extend beyond wedding planning: for over 10 years, I have worked with adults, children, couples and families coping with a range of emotional concerns. I have special interests in supporting folks dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, couple and family strain, career and academic stress, birth trauma, transition to parenthood, parenting children with special needs, concerns related to sexuality and gender identity, self-esteem, disordered eating, and adult ADHD.
My therapeutic style is compassionate, nonjudgmental, client-centered, strengths-based, and goal-focused. Knowing that a strong therapeutic relationship can be responsible for 80% of successful client outcomes, this is where we will start when working toward your goals: building a trusting, collaborative relationship. I integrate techniques of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, emotionally-focused couples therapy (EFT), mindfulness practices, and psychodynamic therapy based on each client’s unique needs and preferences. I appreciate and incorporate honest feedback throughout the therapeutic process to make it the most meaningful it can be for each client who walks through her door.
